若是只有少量餘額的話, 提款也不划算.  建議拿去 Godaddy續用網域, 或是 Steam 買遊戲軟體 花掉 比較快... --- [國際網路金流] Skrill (Moneybookers) 收款付款 與 存款提款 手續費用 (中文教程) ** 帳戶閒置費用： 在Skrill (Moneybookers) , 若是個人帳戶(非企業用戶)，超過一年未登入帳號，就會每個月開始扣1歐元。 ** 付款給其他人， 手續費1%(最高10歐元) ** 收款， 不用手續費。 ** 存入款項： 國際電匯，不用手續費。  (但是付款銀行與收款銀行與中轉銀行這部分 ，都會收錢，通常總共要付20～40歐元) 信用卡：手續費1.9%  (信用卡銀行會收取國際交易費用，還有匯差，通常會付到2～3%) ** 提款： 可以用國際電匯 與 VISA金融卡 提款， 手續費都是 2.95歐元。 (國際電匯需另付給付款銀行與收款銀行與中轉銀行這部分，通常總共要付20～40歐元) VISA金融卡的驗證與提款方式： 在Skrill (Moneybookers) , 若是要 提款的話, 有一種方式是 透過  VISA金融卡, 提款是 藉由 刷退 款項, 變成  VISA金融卡的 負額的刷款, 然後用戶要再通知銀行, 把這筆 負數金額的刷卡款項 轉到 VISA金融卡 所附加的 銀行帳戶裡. 註解:    VISA金融卡 原本就是 含 銀行帳戶 與 信用卡刷卡 兩個功能. 刷卡時 會扣除掉 帳戶裡面的錢,  而 Skrill 提款 則是反向操作, 藉由 負數額度刷卡(類似 刷退 刷卡退款), 讓信用卡產生 負數金額, 當然, 這筆金額 不會自動變成 銀行帳號裏面的錢, 必須請銀行幫忙 轉換 成銀行帳號的餘額才行.
