(有的銀行會自動把負額的刷卡金額,轉入到銀行帳號裡面.) 若是第一次VISA金融卡 提款則需要完成幾個動作, (1) 新增 VISA金融卡 卡號, 且該卡附屬的銀行帳號裡面要有一點錢, 至少3歐元 (建議放個200元台幣). (2) Skrill驗證時, 會刷卡約 1.01~2.99歐元之間的金額 去刷卡請款. (3) 刷卡時, 信用卡 會有網路驗證, 通常需要完成 手機簡訊通知 認證交易碼, 才能完成網路刷卡.
